FAQ’s
What does “In Stock” mean?
If an item is listed as in stock, this means that the location of the stock is currently with our supplier or in a warehouse of ours. Although available to be ordered, there will be an additional lead time to receive into our central location before despatch to you.
How reliable are the estimated dispatch dates?
While we strive to provide accurate estimated dispatch dates based on information from our suppliers, actual delivery dates may occasionally vary. We'll keep you informed if there are any major changes to your estimated dispatch date after you place your order.
How will my bike be delivered? Will it be built?
Your bike will arrive fully assembled, except for the pedals (if included) and handlebars, which will need to be attached and aligned. Please follow the provided instructions carefully, especially when fitting the pedals using the included MultiTool and Pedal Spanner. Remember to thread the pedals by hand first before tightening them with the spanner. Note that not all bikes come with pedals, so you may need to purchase them separately depending on your needs. Check the product page for specific bike details.
Important Note: Pedals for bikes delivered via our personal delivery service must be purchased separately with the bike order (unless included in the bike specifications). Please refer to the product page for complete information.

What happens after I place my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. For home deliveries, you'll receive a separate dispatch note with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. If you opted for an in-store collection, the store will get in touch with you when your order is ready. If you opted for Personal Bike Handover then your designated delivery person will contact you by telephone when your bike is ready to arrange delivery.
Every new bike will be booked onto our workshop system (HubTiger) using the contact details provided by yourself, you will then be notified via text, and/or email as your bike progresses through to completion. The information that you provide will also be used to register your bike free of charge with 529 Garage community, a sustainable program that helps reduce bike theft, promotes cycling, and makes cities and colleges more bike-friendly. The strategy is simple—galvanise riders, shops, police, schools and cities with a common set of tools that allow communities to become better organized than the criminals
