We offer a free local delivery service on bicycle orders over £750 from our Hertford store, which during the checkout process if you are eligible will be offered as a delivery option. If you would like to discuss this in more detail please call us on 01992 536007.
We will then contact you to discuss a suitable delivery date and a time slot for you. (Please note if your item is a pre-order item, the delivery date may differ from the one you select- contact us for the most up-to-date information on these items, and we will keep you updated with the estimated time of arrival)
We deliver on our own van to provide you with a more personal service. This means your bike will arrive with you ready to ride, adhering to current bike PDI standards. Any accessories that you require can be fitted and the bike adjusted to your personal specifications.
Nationwide delivery is available and bikes are built & ready to ride unless otherwise agreed (cost varies depending on location). Delivery is fulfilled by us personally in our own van. Full handover is provided, specific to each individual bike and its features. Nationwide delivery is provided by either 1st class mail or a 24hr parcel delivery service.
Highway Cycles works in partnership with Two wheels Turning. To serve the people of Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire & Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey.
Two Wheels Turning will act as a delivery agent for local people from the Staines-upon-Thames area, providing a personal home delivery service for customers in those areas.
When you choose to have an order fulfilled in this way, Cycle Positive or Two Wheels Turning will be completing your order on behalf of Highway Cycles and will be in contact throughout to arrange a convenient time to collect or a suitable delivery date with you, and to discuss any additional options.
