Hope you are all well.
Just an update from the shop. We are continuing to open as normal at the moment until further notice.
However we are practicing social distancing in the shop, as such we are asking our customers to be aware of other people and keep a safe distance apart from one another. We are trying our best to avoid overcrowding in our small shop, so we will be putting in place a max amount of customers allowed in the shop at one time to minimise risk to everyone.
There are gloves and hand sanitizer in store. We would like to please encourage visitors to use these, to maintain the health of everyone. We would kindly ask if you could please limit your contact to items where possible, it would be greatly appreciated to help the hygiene in the shop as high as possible.
If we could please ask you to refrain from just turning up with your bike, we are running a booking system to keep the workshop running as safely and efficiently as possible. You can book in via phone and email. We are very busy at the moment as I am sure you will understand and this is the most efficient way of getting to everyone.
These measures have been put in place to help protect our visitors in store, but also to keep ourselves safe. So we can continue to maintain a good level of service to you during this difficult time.
Cycling is a great way to keep your exercise levels up, commute and is also a great boredom breaker. We would encourage you to not however cycle in big groups, but rather alone or small groups with good distancing.
We wish everyone the best of health, look after each other. We will get through this together
