Delivery Options
Following your purchase of a new bike from ourselves, we would encourage you to collect the bike, in person, from either of our shops.
We believe that this is the best option for you, as it will allow us to assist you with any final adjustments that may be required in saddle / handlebar height, and give you the opportunity to ask any further questions you may have, perhaps regarding maintenance, suspension fork adjustment, general advice etc.

We do appreciate, however, that you might live local but have no vehicle to transport the bike home, or indeed live a bit further afield, and wish to buy from us via a website / telephone sale, and do not have the time or appropriate vehicle to collect in person.

We therefore offer the following delivery options :-

1) Free local personal delivery.

We offer free delivery within a radius of 10 miles from either of our shops. The bike will be delivered in our own van, by one of our own staff, and be fully assembled and ready to ride.

2) Courier delivery.

We offer courier delivery of any bike, at a fixed cost of £12.99 per bike, to most addresses on the UK mainland, excluding Highlands and Islands.

The cycle will be delivered boxed, and although mostly assembled, some knowledge of cycle assembly will be required. If in doubt, you are advised to get the cycle assembled and checked at your local bike shop, which would be at your own cost.

Please note that in accordance with our trading terms with Trek UK, we are unable to offer courier delivery on any Trek model... collection in person from our shops, or personal delivery only.

3) Chargeable personal delivery.

If you live outside of our free delivery zone, and wish to purchase a Trek, Cannondale or Genesis bike, we are happy to quote you for personal delivery to selected areas of the UK mainland, excluding Highlands, Islands and some remote areas.
Prices will generally be worked out based on return mileage from our main postcode, SG12 9HP, to your delivery postcode.

Returns policy on delivered bikes.

We are obviously happy to honour any manufacturers warranty on the bikes that we sell.
If you have a problem that you believe may be covered by warranty, which you would like us to deal with, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery of the bike back to us, and will be at your own cost.
If you choose to return a bike to us by courier, we would ask that it be carefully and securely packaged, and we suggest that you take out adequate insurance to cover the full value, again at your own cost.

All of the manufacturers of bikes that we sell have a nationwide network of dealers, with most able to process warranty issues, and you will probably have a local bike shop that will be happy to assist you with any ongoing maintenance and repairs your bike may require in the future.
